Default how cold is too cold?

i keep my bettas in my room and usually its air conditioned (my fat older brother needs to set the aircon to 20 degress, to keep his fat self cool, siao 1), well over chinese new year, all but 1 of my bettas died from other stupid reasons (the worst being a bird came in and ate 1), and i dont want the last 1 to die too, so i'm curious what their tolerance for temperatures are like

Bro, I used to keep my betta in air-conditioned room but was advised by many bros here that keeping betta in cold room is a big NO NO. When keeping in cold room, betta tend to be inactive. Try to keep them in room temperature. Optimum temperature should be 24 degree - 27 degree

u can put a cover with smaller hole to prevent ur last betta to be in the bird's tummy (:

if using SU container u can drill hole at the cover.
if using small guppy tank den the cover is enough alrdy.
if using betta tank... den im not sure how to cover alrdy. need more experience betta keepers advice
