This idea of grouping will get our members to specialize and develop new strains. There is so much more to be gain from this. I applaud the Team and hope many such teams will spring forth for HM's, Plakats, Giants to name a few and many sub-groups like Steel, MG's, Reds, Blues, etc.[col]

A team should keep it small, unique, cohesive and manageable. Too big a group you call that a club liao. Start working on the team desires and aspirations and keep within a tight circle at first. It will takes months from now to see results. Remember the purposes of the team, work towards betta excellence.

hi, first time im gonna gif my opinion after reading the previous posts, every team should have a leader, and i havent seen one yet, so i agree with jonathan, that we should vote for a captain. no team is complete without a captain and it would be pointless to carry on this way.

my vote goes to sebastian if he joins, as jonathan has stated, he has the most experience, and should serve as a more than effective team captain

just my opinion here, hope tat i do not indirectly offend anyone

1, its like makin use of his fish..no point forming the team for the sake of entering comps..

i joined the team bcos i think that by working with together with these other hobbyists i will gain more experience. i can learn from past mistakes. In the process of doing this, the members of this team have one common goal. we want to mount a serious challenge at the various competitions.

together we are working to get our fish to a championship standard in order to fite with the more experienced and mostly adult hobbyists[8D]

oh. my aim would be about the same. find a mate for my betta, i wanna breed beautiful bettas and gain more experience regarding breeding bettas. as for the competition part its secondary for me. im adult, if u dun mind? hehehe. i need to join wif u all cos i cant manage alone i guess, first try breeding bettas, and i dun have the room space at my place to breed, dats why i have to look for teamwork. hope u all dun mind im jus being honest.

oh and i would onli request 1 get a male n female from the spawn, dats all :D i dun have room to keep many fishes unless u guys can find buyers? :D anyway my aim is to breed beautiful bettas from my betta, its like his family line is carried on and on even after he pass away. i grow very attached to my pets dats y. sounds crappy maybe but its a fact lah, i wanna breed this betta but i jus dun have the room space nor resources nor knowledge, making money or entering competitions will be secondary but i m willing to help out but i do have quite alot of commitments, studies, gf, freelance work driving lessons etc. so i leave the decision to u guys. let mi in or not im ok about it. :D

tats true. studies first, you'll have something to fall back on anyway, its a paper qualification society, you get measured for ur job by ur qualification, (well, in most cases not all). theres always time for a hobby though, must have a balanced life, i keep my fish in my studio. when i study and do work i can look at it and i have plenty of time to take care of it. must have good time management~

This is just a small team. We exchange breeding stock with each other (but have not yet) to achieve what we want
For student its $30 per year, for non students is $60 per year
