BCS 2nd AGM on 28 June 2003!

Hi members,

Pls be informed that our BCS 2nd AGM will be on the 28 June 2003 at 2pm. Location will be Kebun Bahru C.C. Conference Room. There will be interesting programmes lined up to be released later but definitely there will be catered refreshment.

So make it a point to be there and see who is the New President and His New Team for the next term! There will also be some changes in the constitution to be passed by members like lower renewal fees, etc...

The AGM is for club's members only. If non members sign up on the spot, will be allowed to attend the AGM. Student members may attend but has no voting rights.

AGM is Annual General Meeting. This is a must for any officially registered club.

The AGM is strictly for BCS members only or those signing up as BCS members on that day.

The prizes will be given to the winners on that day.

i think a general meeting is a inappropriate time to sell fish openly..no offence though..
