Q: How often should I change the water for the fry tank?A:
If you are new at rearing betta fry, try to change the water only when the water is starting to foul up. It takes an experienced breeder to know when to change water and how much to change. This is vital, as the fry at this age are very sensitive and vulnerable to environment changes, which may lead to the whole batch of fry dying on the breeder if an improper water change is done. As a general rule, rotting materials should not be allowed to sit for more than a couple of days.
