Any one knows who in Singapore would make those like the ones in Betta Kingdom or the materials we see in those 2 ft tank stands-double layered?

This coy in Kaki Bukit seems reasonable in price but is not easily contactable becuase always put his Phone to paging mode. Wife is usually at the factory when I poped in, though.

What kinda finishing is it? galvanised like those in LFS, or simply painted. Most likely putting outdoors so will they rust?

No, not galvanised but so far no rust...
