Basic Care:
Bettas require at the bare minimum, little more than a tank or a half-gallon jar and water to survive, though they would do a lot better if given more room. They prefer water with a temperature of about 24oC-28oC (75oF-82oF) and can take short periods of extreme temperatures. Depending on tank size, water changes should take place every one or two days in individual tanks and every week for community tanks.
