Can anyone enlighten me with a comparison between these 2!?! *Scratch* *scratch*

hybridoma is fusing two different types of cells together to achieve immortal cells that can produce useful sustance such as antibody.
eg cells frmo the spleen that produce antibody which is not immortal to fuse with immortal cells.

insect cell culture is just culturing insect cells in flask....

i see, i've included that in my report. I need to know what can be harvested from hybridoma cells and insect cells. I know monoclonal antibody from hybridoma cell cultures, how about insect cells apart from infecting them with baculoviruses

anyway i am culturing mosquito cells too for dengue virus
