Yep.....so very often we only selfishly take our vit supplements...bot from GNC or natures farm.....and we never share it with our bettas.....kekeke

Cant remember the brand. Last time i took my son's left over vitamins from teh fridge and 'diluted it'[I was told overdosing kills!]. soak in the worms and BWs......did noticed that the bettas appear stronger and livelier. Nowa days I occasionally use LFS type of vitamins. Well just add a few drops every weekend[cos thats when I only have time to feed live foods...ha!] to live worms. 10 mins later....feed the buggers.....

Do you know why those discus are so colourful these days and big? kekeke....log into any discus website and look at those beefheart mixes....
