Got a bottle for 12 bucks today. will be looking for one of my bettas as guinene pig...... its is suppose to put fishie to sleep in under 5 mins!

Used sleepsafe yesterday on 3 fishes. Think over dosed the solution n left a fish in it for too long. Brother betta slept forever since :( Was a Yellow male scheduled for the Nov show in Malaysia....

interpet anti fungus contain phenoxyethanol, which is used as a anesthetic for fish according to those aquarium book.

my fren overdose fish sleep forever.

i just used to to cull a dropsy fish. little water plus 5 drops.....sleep within 10 secs....and forever.

I thought phenoxyethanol is an anti-sceptic, in detol or listerine and some shower gel?
Anyway, Foo Hong, why should we tranquilize a betta ?

Oh...bcos fishie had some slight fin rot....so I take the oppurtunity to guinea pig him......trimoff the rotting edges n try out the medication...well later I learnt that i had overdosed by 100% :D

Initially I thot bettas are tough. after adding 1 drop, that joker was still swimming for 15 mins, so every 5 mins I added one drop till me start to [|)].....As he was the 3rd guines pig, I was too shag so i went for a shower and return 0.5 hr later.....ooppps he [xx(]

paisey, saw the wrong chemical labelled on the detol.

so far, i dun use these chemical, just snip off the fins if got any rotting. my great culling agent is a LH. :)
