Believe that you would get 100% CTs. As mentioned in the following thread, it would be very difficult to predict the outcome of your spawn in terms of colour without knowing the genetic background of your CTs:

Also a big question is the type of crowntails you should expect would be dependent on whether they are single ray, double ray, double double ray or multiray. It would also be dependent on whether there are any cross rays and the extent of the cross rays. Very difficult to give any predictions based on "Black CT X Blue CT" information you have provided.

Probably blue with red wash unless your blue carries the black Orchid genes.
