Venue: Kebun Bahru Community Center Room 105
For members that are interested in turning up at the event,
please drop me a mail at samuelphan@hotmail.com to inform your
attendance. This will allow us to better estimate the turnout so
as to avoid unexpected crowds.

Fish Farm Visit
02 November 2002 (Saturday)
- Tired of looking around for fishes in the neighborhood LFS?
- Wanting to find a nice fish to quench your ever-thirsty desire for a better fish?
- Frustrated with the limited selections at the LFS?
Have No Fear....
BCS have organized exclusively for the BCS members a field trip to the local farms.
The field trip will consist of visits to the various fish farms which
Specializes in betta. Upon request, the owners might even provide us with some in-sights to their secrets in betta pairing and rearing.
So stay tune for the actual date for a whole day of betta fun.
I am sure this will be an event not to be missed by any betta enthusiasts.

BCS 2nd National Betta Competition
06/07 December 2002 (Saturday/Sunday)
Now for the much awaited event of the year ... the year-end betta competition.
This will be the 2nd competition held by BCS and be sure that this event will be bigger and better than the previous one we had last May.
With the experience we gathered from our previous competition and the recent Roadshow BCS had, I am sure the coming event will be better planned to provide the competitors and public alike a better experience altogether.
The club has also taken a step further by inviting participation from the region. Local winners will eventually get to pit themselves against the winners from regional betta clubs.
It an opportunity no to be missed where local enthusiasts gets to meet the big boys from the region and compare our standards against theirs.
